A Bar-B-Que pig is a normal pig that is minimally processed for a Bar-B-Que. The insides are removed and the carcass is butterflied, with head and feet intact. You supply the apple! The pricing is based on the dressed weight coming back from the butcher (see pricing ), and local delivery is free,if our schedule allows. The deposit is $100, with the balance due after butchering.
